You are the key to the success of our clients on their path to a new professional future!
FAU – Focus Work Environment has a clear mission: We accompany highly qualified job seekers individually and purposefully so that they can successfully re-enter the labour market. Our goal is to empower them through tailored coaching and targeted advice to recognise and successfully apply their strengths. The individual needs and goals of our clients are always at the centre. Referrals are made by partners such as the RAV.
As an experienced professional in coaching, you accompany our programme participants on this path. You are responsible for individual career advice, the development of job search strategies, and the empowerment of our clients.
What you bring
You are exactly right with us if you bring the following:
- Solid education and experience: A university or university of applied sciences degree and ideally additional training in coaching, human resources or psychology. You have many years of professional experience, preferably in the private sector, public administration, or an NPO.
- Empathy and communication skills: You are a communication talent with pronounced empathy and a solution-oriented, motivating working style. You enjoy interacting with people from different life realities.
- Strong personality: You are resilient, independent and have a well-established personality. Innovative thinking and organisational talent characterise you, and you manage to set clear boundaries in counselling.
- Language skills: You speak and write fluent German and English. French skills are a great advantage.
- Digital competence: You are confident in using Office365 and are well acquainted with the Swiss labour market.
Your tasks
With us, you have the opportunity to really make a difference!
- Individual career coaching: You coach and accompany programme participants individually and tailor-made – whether in one-to-one coaching, groups, or seminars.
- Goal-oriented support: Together with the participants, you develop clear goals and strategies for job search, further training, and personal development.
- Competence analysis and support planning: You identify strengths, develop support plans, and assist participants with career orientation.
- Application and networking coaching: You prepare participants for the labour market by advising them on application documents, conducting application training, and showing them how to network successfully.
- Coordination and administration: You handle admission and exit formalities, document counselling progress, and ensure smooth administrative processes.
- Further development of the offer: You maintain existing partnerships, acquire new cooperations, and actively contribute to the development of our organisation.
What we offer you
Look forward to a role that challenges and inspires you:
- Variety and purpose: A varied and very independent role at the interface of coaching, adult education, and the labour market. It never gets boring here!
- Team and culture: Working in a small, committed and humorous team under the umbrella of a national, innovative non-profit organisation. We pull together!
- Room for creativity: Your ideas are welcome with us, and you can really make a difference.
