About the job

Do you want to drive projects that are visible throughout Switzerland? At Migros Aare, you lead pioneering large-scale logistics projects from planning to successful commissioning. In doing so, you manage investments worth millions and shape the future of our highly automated logistics together with interdisciplinary teams.

What you will achieve

• You lead pioneering large-scale logistics projects and actively shape the future of Migros Aare through innovative solutions, modern technologies, and sustainable efficiency improvements
• You manage the project organisation across all project phases
• You ensure compliance with costs, quality, and deadlines
• You coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders and project partners
• You conduct tenders, are responsible for awards, and manage contract administration
• You identify project risks early, assess them, and initiate appropriate measures
• You represent Migros Aare in national and strategic projects of the Migros Group

What you bring

• Education: Completed degree (University/ETH, FH, HF)
• Field: with a technical background or federal advanced professional examination
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in managing complex logistics, automation, or investment projects
• You bring solid leadership experience in demanding project organisations
• You think strategically and entrepreneurially and implement initiatives consistently and successfully
• You communicate appropriately and convincingly at all hierarchical levels and negotiate confidently with different stakeholders
• You act on your own initiative, are resilient, and responsible
• German (C1)
