Tasks
- Manage client accounting, including payments and budgeting.
- Evaluate and assert social and private insurance claims.
- Maintain electronic files and handle correspondence.
Skills
- Commercial training (EFZ); further education in social insurance law is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, ideally KLIB.
- Strong communication skills and resilient personality.

Your Tasks
- Managing client accounts (including payment transactions and budgeting)
- Evaluating and asserting social and private insurance claims
- Maintaining electronic files
- Handling correspondence
- Taking on general secretarial tasks (phone calls, mail processing, reception, etc.)
Your Profile
- Commercial training (EFZ); preferably supplemented with further education in social insurance law
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office and ideally KLIB
- Confident German language skills
- Communicative, resilient personality who values teamwork in a collegial team and working in an organization undergoing change
- Professional, empathetic interaction with people in challenging life situations
