As a service technician for commissioning, you play a central role in the installation and maintenance of state-of-the-art heat pump systems and actively contribute to customer satisfaction. You take responsibility for the commissioning of new systems, carry out fault rectifications and ensure the smooth operation of the heat pumps. You not only work on the technical implementation but also advise customers regarding service contracts and spare parts. Your tasks also include regular maintenance and servicing of existing systems.
Responsibilities:
Commissioning of new heat pump systems, including initial system testing and optimisation
Troubleshooting and repairs on heat pumps to minimise downtime
Carrying out maintenance and servicing measures to ensure long-term flawless operation of the systems
Advising customers on the benefits of service contracts and recommendations for spare parts
Coordination and planning of assignments within the region, with the place of deployment organised from your residence
On-call duty in coordination with the team to ensure a quick response time in emergencies
Documentation of completed work, preparation of reports and feedback to the team
Qualifications:
Completed technical training in a relevant field, e.g. as a refrigeration system fitter, electrician, automation technician, heating installer, automotive mechatronics technician, electronics technician, plumber or a comparable qualification
Independent and responsible working style with a high level of resilience
Technical understanding of heat pumps and heating systems as well as experience in fault diagnosis and repair
Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
Enjoyment of travel, with willingness for on-call assignments in your region
High flexibility and team spirit to successfully coordinate tasks
