Activities- Low-threshold first contact person for mental health matters
 - Triage and coordination of appointments related to therapeutic measures
 - Promotion of a health-promoting environment and preventive measures
 - Providing access to health information and specialist services in the field of mental health
 - Responsible for all measures for social integration and securing social needs
 - Conveying local social norms and values
 - Intervening in crisis situations, managing conflicts, and supporting in difficult situations
 - Supporting the integration of clients into education and the labor market
 - Advising on social and legal issues as well as referring to specialist services
 - Identifying resources and networks to support clients
 - Organizing and conducting group activities and workshops
 
Requirements
- Tertiary education: Advanced professional examination (HFP, Federal Diploma) in psychology or equivalent (Bachelor level)
 - Up to 1 year of relevant professional experience
 - Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
 - Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement, criminal record, and special private extract)
