We are looking to strengthen our HR Administration team at the Nänikon-Greifensee location with an initiative, committed person as HR Administration Specialist, 100% (all genders). Do you enjoy administrative tasks and want to deepen your previous experience? In this position, together with the team, you ensure the entire HR administration for the Switzerland location and act as the interface to the HR Business Partners, HR Payroll, and Talent Acquisition. In this role, you take on the following tasks: You are responsible for handling all administrative HR tasks from entry to exit, such as creating contracts and contract changes as well as various agreements. Furthermore, you coordinate reference requests using the reference tool and finalize the drafts. You handle employee events such as anniversaries, weddings, births, etc. You report accidents and sick absences via UKA and monitor medical certificates. In addition, you check and submit EO notifications via UKA (military, maternity, paternity). You provide 1st-level support for HR questions from employees, especially for answering questions about the use of the time system and applicable regulations. You organize the annual anniversary event. You actively contribute to the further development of HR processes and documents, maintain templates, create work instructions and checklists, and support digitization. You also maintain electronic personnel files, especially by ensuring document return and filing. You act as a deputy for applying for work permits (e.g., 120-day permits, as well as Sunday/public holiday permits, etc.). You actively participate in smaller projects and contribute your ideas.
