Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing (Milling Expert)
Tasks
- Programming and setting up CNC milling machines
- Monitoring and continuously improving quality standards in the production process
- Performing turning operations on lathes with Heidenhain control
- Responsible for the practical training of apprentices within the company
- Maintaining and servicing technical equipment, fittings, and pumps in the workshop and on site
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic
- Extensive experience operating 5-axis CNC milling machines
- Independent and quality-conscious working style
- Excellent German language skills and strong communication abilities within the team and with apprentices
- Completed trainer course
- High flexibility, team spirit, as well as patience and empathy when supervising junior staff
