Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing (Milling Expert)

Tasks

Programming and setting up CNC milling machines
Monitoring and continuously improving quality standards in the production process
Performing turning operations on lathes with Heidenhain control
Responsible for the practical training of apprentices in the company
Maintaining and servicing technical systems, fittings and pumps in the workshop and on site

Requirements

Completed vocational training as a polymechanic
Extensive experience operating 5-axis CNC milling machines
Independent and quality-conscious working style
Excellent German language skills and strong communication abilities within the team and with apprentices
High flexibility, team spirit as well as patience and empathy in supervising junior staff
