The Vivazzo Foundations offer life and development opportunities for adults with physical and psychological impairments. Around 180 dedicated professionals are deployed in residential homes, living groups, studios and workshops in the beautiful Zurich Oberland. Will you soon become part of our team?

Our Kastanienbaum residential home employs 34 professionals who provide 28 clients with professional support and a family-like home. From 1 February 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for a

Your new, exciting tasks

• Participation-oriented support of our residents
• Work as a coordination person, development planning in dialogue
• Practical instruction of trainees in training (AGS, FABE, SP)
• Collaboration in participation- and development-oriented life and everyday design
• Maintaining client documentation (with the IT solution easyDOK)
• Preparation, control and administration of medication
• Leading visits and reports
• Responsibility for constructive, systemic collaboration

you bring with you

• Completed training as a social pedagogue
• High social competence, independence, flexibility and personal responsibility
• Balanced personality characterised by confidence
• Security/experience in dealing with (psychiatric) emergency situations and with people with challenging behaviours
• Enjoyment of relationship work, preferably shaped by shared experiences
• Interest in a long-term commitment in a appreciative environment
