- You actively contribute to achieving the branch goals
- You understand and live the sales philosophy of Ochsner Sport and thus help to inspire our customers
- You take over the creation and control of personnel deployment and holiday planning
- You confidently operate the cash register as well as other digital devices such as smartphones and tablets to ensure a smooth sales process
- You actively support the implementation of merchandising regulations to always present our products optimally
- You accompany apprentices during their training and promote their development
- You have a basic education in sales with a federal certificate of competence, preferably in the sports sector
- At least 3-5 years of sales experience in retail, ideally in the sports sector, are necessary
- Sound industry knowledge in the sports sector as well as an affinity for winter sports and biking are required
- You have already gained initial experience in personnel management
- You master the German language effortlessly, other national languages are an advantage
- You maintain an honest and respectful interaction with employees and superiors and always keep a cool head even in special sales situations and hectic times
- You have ideally already successfully completed training as a vocational trainer
