The Fribourg Network for Mental Health (FNPG) is administratively assigned to the Directorate of Health and Social Affairs. The FNPG unites the outpatient, day clinic, mobile and inpatient public psychiatric services of the canton and ensures a high-quality psychosocial care for the population of the bilingual canton of Fribourg.
The FNPG is a public-law institution with six locations in the canton of Fribourg and employs over 800 staff in around 40 different professions. As a recognised training and further education centre, it offers more than a hundred students and interns training and internship places annually within various educational programmes.

Your tasks
In this important support role, you will work closely with the General Directorate and assist with organisational, administrative and editorial tasks. Your duties include in particular:
- Thanks to your excellent editorial skills and your strong ability to summarise content concisely, you write various documents, especially the minutes of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board as well as various reports and other documents
- You coordinate various meetings and take on the resulting tasks such as correspondence, information dissemination and file follow-up
- You undertake various administrative tasks at the institutional level, particularly in connection with the coordination of training and further education in coordination with the executive secretariats of the relevant departments
- You organise various events on behalf of the General Directorate
- If necessary, you take on special assignments related to the administration of the FNPG
Desired profile
- You have a higher commercial education and several years of solid professional experience in a comparable role
- You are interested in the mission and values of the FNPG and know how to act flexibly and confidently in a demanding environment
- You are a reliable and trustworthy person, identify with the goals of the Directorate and can be entrusted with sensitive files
- You are experienced in minute-taking
- You are proficient in common IT applications
- You have excellent oral and written expression skills in French as well as German skills at level B2
