What you will do
As a member advisor in the Competence Center Telephony, you are responsible for advising members on questions related to labor and social insurance law as well as answering simpler legal questions. You mainly support our members by phone. You are the first point of contact for our members. In addition to various administrative tasks, you conduct promotional conversations and assist our members in filling out various documents.
What you bring
- Completed commercial training at EFZ/EBA level is a prerequisite
- Training as a Customer Dialogue Specialist is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Experience in a call center
- Experience in social insurance law is an advantage but not a must
- Resilience and ability to learn, planning and organizational talent
- Very high service orientation, very good in dealing with customers even in difficult situations
- High communication and teamwork skills
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- Very good Portuguese, Spanish, or Italian skills
