We are looking for a Specialist, Client and Talent Partnership in St. Gallen.

Job description:

• Recruitment of talents and specialists for permanent and temporary positions in the technical industry (MEM, mechanical engineering, plant engineering)
• Intensive expansion, maintenance and support of long-standing regular customers from the MEM sector as well as strategic maintenance of the customer database
• Acquisition of specialists by creating target group-oriented job advertisements, active sourcing and proactive networking
• Independent execution of professional applicant selection procedures and interviews
• Participation in customer meetings as well as competent advice to line managers regarding requirement profiles, market situation and search strategies

Your profile? You bring the following:

• Completed commercial basic training or technical vocational training with successfully completed further education (e.g. as a technical clerk, commercial diploma or business administration)
• Initial professional experience in personnel recruitment or personnel services is an advantage (preferably with reference to the MEM industry)
• Strong sales flair, enjoyment of sustainable regular customer care and genuine enthusiasm for dealing with people
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
• Independent, goal-oriented and highly motivated working style combined with strong teamwork skills
• Professional, customer-oriented appearance and driving licence category B
