Responsibilities
- Independent management of an assigned property portfolio, no condominium ownership
- Preparation of service charge statements
- Handling all commercial and technical matters
- Drafting rental contracts for apartments and office/commercial spaces
- Administrative tasks related to maintenance work, letting and accounting
- Obtaining cost estimates for repair and maintenance work
- Issuing repair and renovation orders, preparing condition reports
- Conducting apartment inspections and handovers, processing insurance claims
Requirements
- Commercial training, further education with federal diploma in property management is an advantage
- Several years of experience in property management or real estate administration
- Fluent German skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Negotiation skills and customer-oriented attitude
- Driving licence and own car should be available
