With us, you accompany people with disabilities in their daily lives and support them in leading as self-determined a life as possible. You take on nursing as well as care tasks and specifically promote existing resources and abilities. In addition, you contribute your observations and experiences to the care planning in the area of support and assist us in further developing our services.

Health Specialist (FaGe) Care

• Individual, professional and person-centred care and support of our residents.
• Accompanying residents in their individual daily routines, in living and leisure activities.
• Creating a safe and structured environment to promote the well-being of the residents.
• Close collaboration with relatives, interdisciplinary professionals and legal representatives.
• Assuming daily responsibility.
• Documenting observations as well as care and support measures in the systems.

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or an equivalent with SRK recognition, elderly care specialist FA or comparable.
• Experience with InterRAI is an advantage.
• Enjoyment in conveying nursing expertise within the team.
• An open heart, high social competence and willingness to explore new paths.
• Sense of responsibility, team spirit and enthusiasm for the nursing profession.
