• You plan, manage, and monitor the timely preparation of all ancillary cost statements and ensure a transparent processing status 
• You recognise delays or bottlenecks early and initiate appropriate measures 
• You support property management in the preparation, review, and finalisation of ancillary cost statements 
• You coordinate closely with accounting to ensure correct postings and definitive closures 
• You ensure the quality of the statements and assist with complex or extraordinary issues 
• You regularly carry out account reconciliations, create transfer documents, and process collection and write-off requests 
• You contribute to annual financial statements, check accounts for reconciliation needs, and support the preparation of relevant documents 
• You deputise in reviewing and implementing index adjustments for commercial leases in accordance with contractual and legal requirements 

• You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence in Real Estate Management or an equivalent further education in the real estate sector 
• You bring several years of professional experience in the real estate industry, have experience in tenancy law as well as in processing ancillary cost statements 
• Your mother tongue is German and ideally you can communicate orally and in writing in additional languages 
• You possess high social and self-competence with the ability for self-management 
• You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy interacting with people 
• You have an affinity for technology, can apply new technologies, and are open to new things 
• You have self-learning competence and enjoy passing on your knowledge to others
