Your area of responsibility
You support our orthopaedists and specialists in welcoming customers and scheduling appointments. You ensure professional advice on health products, bandages, and health shoes. Additionally, you handle various back-office tasks. Telephone service and scheduling complete your daily work routine.

Who we are looking for
We are addressing trained retail specialists, medical supply salespeople, pharmacists, medical practice assistants, nursing assistants, or professionals from the hotel industry.
You are an upbeat, independent, and proactive individual. You enjoy working at the front and daily customer contact. You have already worked in a similar position (ideally in the health sector), speak fluent Swiss German, and can communicate well in English. Additional languages support you in your work but are not a requirement. You remain calm even in hectic phases and have no fear of using IT tools, as we increasingly process our procedures digitally.
