- Contact person for customers, users and external service providers

- Execution and organisation of maintenance and repair work

- Inspection of infrastructure and ensuring impeccable building condition
- Monitoring and documentation of service performances
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Completed vocational or technical basic training
