Your area of responsibility with the new employer

• Taking on various leadership tasks as well as responsibility for a professional and smooth nursing routine
• Ensuring holistic care and support of residents as well as leading the nursing process and implementing primary nursing
• Applying modern nursing concepts such as kinaesthetics, validation, and palliative care in daily work
