Our highly automated CNC systems and robotic systems stand for the highest precision, innovation and quality. To ensure our production runs reliably at all times, we are looking for a committed and technically skilled person for the area of machine maintenance.
This is what you can achieve
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems during ongoing production operations
- Carrying out preventive maintenance and repair work on CNC-controlled machines and operating equipment
- Maintenance, support and fault analysis of robotic systems (e.g. KUKA, Stäubli)
- Independent communication and coordination with machine manufacturers and suppliers in case of faults, spare parts procurement and service calls
- Carrying out electrical maintenance and installation work within the framework of legal permits
- Documentation of all maintenance and repair work
- Participation in the creation and optimisation of maintenance concepts for new acquisitions
- Spare parts management as well as continuous optimisation of internal processes
- Compliance with safety, hygiene and quality guidelines
This is what you bring
- Completed technical basic training as an automation technician, mechatronics technician, polymechanic or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in the maintenance of CNC-controlled production systems and operating equipment
- Experience with industrial robots, preferably KUKA and/or Stäubli
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
- Experience in working with external machine manufacturers and technical suppliers
- Permit or authorisation to carry out electrical work in accordance with applicable legal regulations (e.g. NIV Art. 13 or comparable)
- Structured, independent and reliable working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Team-oriented, resilient and solution-focused personality
