TasksThe Forum Würth Arlesheim is looking to strengthen its pool of freelance museum supervisors with an employee paid hourly with a fixed working day on Tuesday regularly from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and additional event and substitute assignments on call.

Supervision in the exhibition rooms
Safety of visitors and exhibits
Control of compliance with the rules of conduct in the exhibition
Contact person for exhibition visitors
Locking and unlocking service
Visitor registration
Recording temperature and humidity values
Managing flyer displays and interactive exhibition areas

RequirementsWell-groomed, confident, and friendly appearance. Communication in German and English (additional languages are an advantage). You are a flexible and communicative team player with commitment, responsibility, and quality awareness. A basic technical understanding is an advantage for this position. You are articulate and characterized by reliability. Your flexibility allows you to take assignments within and outside museum opening hours upon request. In addition, you are willing to work weekend and evening shifts.
