Head of Decoration (m/f/d)

Your new responsibilities

  • Implementation of the pfister brand presentation within the framework of national activities and concepts.

  • Responsibility for the goods provided, including management of decoration stock and their inventory.

  • Professional management of decoration employees, Visual Merchandising staff, and decoration apprentices.


  • Assistance with new fittings, branch refurbishment work, and lounge fittings according to POS Management guidelines.

  • Coordination in handling individual branch requests.

  • Conducting success checks and continuous optimisation of measures.


What you bring

  • Training in decoration / 3D polydesign or tertiary diploma in visual merchandising.

  • Experience in a management position in visual merchandising.

  • Customer-oriented, success-driven, and determined.

  • Particular affinity for colours and shapes or interior decoration in general, as well as special creativity.

  • Manual dexterity and enjoyment in handling paintbrushes, wallpaper paste, and cordless screwdrivers.


  • A keen sense of spatial representation.

  • Trainer certificate.
