You lead and develop the process engineering team for scalable module assembly processes. You combine team leadership with practical process development: you define robust processes, ensure manufacturability, and accompany industrialisation, production transfer, and ramp-up. In addition, you maintain strong relationships with external manufacturing partners and work closely with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain up to series production.

Your Impact

• Lead and develop a process engineering team for module assembly processes
• Drive industrialisation, production transfer, ramp-up, and optimisation
• Establish and scale manufacturing processes with external manufacturing partners
• Develop process workflows, conduct process FMEAs, and qualify processes

Your Profile

• Degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, industrial engineering, or comparable
• Fluent English and German skills at least at B2 level
• Experience in process engineering and with contract manufacturers as well as external suppliers
• Leadership skills as well as the ability to manage complexity and communicate clearly
