Dipl. Nurse HF (50 - 100 %)
Your Challenge
- Professional, individual, and resource-oriented care and support of patients with high quality standards
- Promotion of the quality of life of seriously ill and dying patients and their relatives while maintaining autonomy and will as best as possible
- Analyzing complex care and support situations, initiating measures, and evaluating them
- Complete and conscientious management of nursing documentation
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with various professional groups and specialist teams
- Participation in the development of nursing quality and the nursing process
- Interest in contributing part-time to the competence center (conducting consultations, performing mobile assignments, participating in further training and public relations)
Your Profile
- Training as a certified nurse HF, FH, or nurse BSc
- Ideally completed additional training in Palliative Care (e.g., B2 / CAS) or willingness to acquire it
- Interest in the field of Palliative Care and caring for chronically, incurably, and advanced ill patients
- Professional experience in an acute hospital is desirable
- High social competence and pronounced empathy
- Strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Teamwork skills and enjoyment in introducing and guiding new employees, trainees, and interns
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form are required for this position
