Job Description

Your Mission 

Would you like to gain experience in support starting February/March 2026 within a one-year fixed-term employment and love cars? Then an exciting entry awaits you here.

Specifically, you will:

• Support AutoScout24 customer service with technical problems (2nd level support)
• Actively support our international product teams
• Be an important pillar for our databases and interfaces
• Reliably provide our customers with assistance
• Independently resolve disruptions on our platform
• Learn a lot about monitoring, data management, API, and interfaces
• Participate in technical projects of AutoScout24
• Create reports on stability, performance, and fraud

Qualifications

You bring:

• Interest in a career entry (web technologies) and are a career changer or currently studying a relevant subject
• Familiarity with terms like SQL, XML, JSON, HTML, etc., and
• Interest in learning more about them
• Technical flair and good communication skills
• Strong interest in e-business and ideally an affinity for the automotive industry
• Good language skills in German and English

You are:

• Customer-oriented, communicative, and enjoy working in a team
• Flexible, focused, and structured in your work approach
• Systematic and goal-oriented in problem analysis
• Able to propose, develop, implement new solutions and ensure their quality

The hourly wage (gross) for this position is CHF 25/hour

The home base for this position is in Zurich or Fribourg. However, you can do most of your work remotely from your home office. It does not matter where you live in Switzerland, as long as you are willing to meet your colleagues at least 1–2 times per month.
