Your main tasks:

- Ensuring functionality and user-friendliness
- First and second level support for the order management system
- Shaping the processes
- Collaborating in release management in direct contact with the software manufacturer
- Creating training materials and conducting training sessions
- Communication with various departments and contacts
- Project and life-cycle management for the customer mandates assigned to you

Your profile:

- The position is suitable as an entry-level position for university graduates from various disciplines (Business Administration, Business Informatics, Digital Business, etc.)
- Initial professional experience in the form of internships, working student jobs, etc.
- IT affinity and a flair for numbers
- Structured and analytical way of working
- Confident oral and written expression in German and French, basic knowledge of English
- Interest in facility management
