Your role with us

• You will assist our demanding national and international customers in purchasing high-quality jewellery and branded watches
• You will create an unforgettable customer experience and possess the ability to develop a significant loyal customer relationship
• You will enthusiastically act as a Brand Ambassador and position our exclusive products through your expert knowledge and storytelling skills
• Implementation of CRM guidelines and active customer care
• Responsible for the smooth running of daily business
• Ensuring optimally presented sales areas, shop windows and display cases
• Carrying out administrative tasks to support the team

What you bring with you

• Training in retail, hospitality/gastronomy, watch and jewellery industry
• Several years of experience in the luxury retail segment
• Sound expertise in watches and jewellery
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
• IT affinity with knowledge of MS Office applications
• Strong sales flair and excellent service orientation
• Confidence in style, professional appearance and courteous manners
• High empathy and intercultural competence in dealing with local and international customers
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts between 6:00 and 22:00, including weekends and public holidays
