"Zäme witercho" - At Zentrum Schlossmatt, around 300 employees from various fields dedicate themselves daily to the well-being of 186 residents. Our care centre specialises in the complex care of people with multiple disabilities, dementia care, as well as short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, under our roof you will also find a day centre, a daycare centre, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters.What sets us apart
- Coordination of the interdisciplinary treatment team in complex situations
- Several weekly medical rounds, site meetings and case discussions, as well as daily support and coaching of the teams by the care support
- Residents' stays ranging from two weeks to three months, providing much variety in daily care
- A mix of complex palliative situations, short stays and rehabilitation, offering plenty of opportunities to learn new things
- Trainer for nursing students HF
Exciting and varied tasks await you
- Taking on daily and/or house responsibility
- Supervision of students
- Carrying out diverse and regular treatment nursing tasks
- Close collaboration with referrers and relatives
- Primary nursing with responsibility for the entire care process
You bring with you
- Completed training as a nurse HF/nurse FH or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Trainer course (100 hours) or willingness to complete it
- Enjoyment in caring for residents with rapidly changing stays in complex care and support situations
- Willingness and openness to engage with new subject areas
- An open, team-oriented and cooperative personality
