The Nelty de Beausobre EMS, opened in 1989, is named after the last descendant of the Beausobre family. It offers 32 single rooms as well as 9 double rooms. Close to the station and the pedestrian zone of the town centre, the EMS is ideally located and allows you to enjoy nearby shops and cafés or to go to the shores of Lake Geneva.
We are looking for two:
Healthcare Assistants (M/F) at 70-80%
To strengthen our Geriatrics services, from 1 May 2026 or to be agreed.

YOU HAVE
- A recognised healthcare assistant or nursing aide diploma by the Swiss Red Cross.
- The Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certificate and Advanced Age Psychiatry Companion (FAP), an asset.
- Successful experience in geriatrics or advanced age psychiatry, an asset.
- Knowledge of the healthcare system and EMS in Switzerland, an asset.
- The ability to work day and night, in continuous and split shifts.
- Gentleness, empathy and excellent interpersonal skills with elderly people.
- A team spirit and solidarity enabling good interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Dynamism, commitment and good adaptability.

- Participate in adapting and maintaining their environment with their collaboration.
- Participate in an interdisciplinary care approach for our residents.
