- Customer consulting and receiving inquiries and orders
- Processing of tenders, offers, and orders in CRM and ERP (SAP)
- Support in the "Field Sales" area by creating tenders, contracts, offers, and orders
- Continuous updating of customer contacts in CRM
- Active participation in the implementation of marketing activities
- Support in the introduction of new processes
- High customer satisfaction and enthusiasm for your actions
What you bring
- Basic training in electrical engineering EFZ or commercial basic training EFZ with further education in the technical field
- Experience in the field of security technology and internal sales
- Good MS Office and SAP CRM knowledge
- Initiative and well-organized personality
