Logistics & Direct Purchasing Manager Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage internal and external logistics, from procurement to delivery of finished products
- Manage direct purchases of raw materials and specific components, ensuring the best quality and cost. Negotiate and establish contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Manage a team, ensuring their supervision, development, and coordination of logistics activities
- Optimize logistics flows and stocks to guarantee deadlines and customer satisfaction
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects, notably in digitalization, optimization of logistics processes, and implementation of the new ERP
- Hold a higher education degree such as a Bachelor HES complemented by confirmed experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the watchmaking sector
- Very good knowledge of production scheduling and LEAN Manufacturing
- Strong skills in negotiation, project management, and continuous improvement
- Good knowledge of blueprint reading and interest in watchmaking production techniques
- Excellent mastery of IT tools (ERP-SAP, MES)
- Experience in managing precious materials (RJC, CoC)
- You demonstrate a keen sense of organization and effective flow coordination
- You are a rigorous, precise, and open-minded person
- You possess excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- You have the ability to communicate effectively with many interlocutors
