We are immediately looking for a

Logistics Team Leader 100% (m/f/d)

at the location in Cham (Switzerland)

Your main responsibilities include the following tasks:

• Management of the goods receipt, goods issue, warehouse area (planning and management 20%, active participation 80%)
• Planning of personnel resources (holidays etc.)
• Recording of goods receipts (deputy)
• Recording of error reports (deviation in goods receipt / deputy)
• Storage of materials
• Processing of picking lists
• Picking of goods issues and production orders
• Checking of stock levels
• Overall responsibility for the annual inventory
• Preparation of various spare parts kits
• Assistance with administrative tasks in the warehouse
• Warehouse optimisation with regard to occupational safety and ergonomics
• Assistance and management of logistics projects

Your profile and our requirements:

• Completed training as a logistics specialist BP or equivalent
• Proven several years of professional experience and performance record in a comparable position
• Demonstrably good leadership experience
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications and proficiency in handling an ERP system
• Enthusiastic motivator with good communication skills
• Quick comprehension, assertiveness and high solution orientation
• Exemplary leadership style
