What to expect:

As part of a planned and guided "entry-level position", you will be gradually introduced to all disciplines of professional AV and control technology. In addition to project-specific tasks, you will also get to know the AV and media-technical peculiarities of planning, installation, programming, and operation of the systems. You will deal with organisational and coordination tasks and ensure that you learn and implement all processes. The goal of this entry-level position is that – depending on your background – within one to two years you will have found your vocation and will develop and further train yourself to become a project manager or programmer.

What you should bring:

We are looking for an industry-affine personality with the desire to develop further in the long term. A basic technical education (multimedia electronics technician, electrician, automation technician, IT specialist or similar) and initial professional experience in the ProAV, multimedia or communication technology environment are good prerequisites. You are used to working cleanly and focused and communicating appropriately in German (English is also welcome). You would describe yourself as honest, collegial, ambitious, and conscientious and are looking to enter the professional AV/multimedia industry.
