WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
For Zargag, a brand of JELD-WEN Switzerland AG in the project sector, we are currently seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you are responsible for the flawless, efficient, and timely handling of our projects. The workplace can be in St. Gallen or Bremgarten (Aargau).

MAIN TASKS
- Overall responsibility for the flawless, efficient, and timely execution of assigned projects within the Zargag project department
- Contact and initial meeting with the customer after order acceptance
- Responsibility for monitoring construction site schedules
- Adherence to and optimisation of project costs
- Recording door elements and coordinating/triggering orders
- Monthly reporting (creditor controls and preparation of interim and final invoices)
- Monthly project evaluation
- Consultation with general contractors, architects, and builders
- Close cooperation with installation management and ensuring installation quality
- Customer-oriented, prompt, and efficient handling of customer complaints
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Basic vocational training in the construction or related sector (e.g., joiner, carpenter, metalworker; a bachelor’s degree would be an advantage)
- At least 5 years of experience in project business in order processing
- High technical product understanding
- Strong desire to understand complex topics and define optimal solutions together with customers
- Legal knowledge of Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and SIA standards is an advantage
- Organisational talent with great initiative
- Team player and open personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent German language skills
- Good IT user skills (MS Office)
