To strengthen our Project Management & Engineering - CEW Hub West Switzerland team, we are looking for a person ready to lead strategic industrial projects in French-speaking Switzerland and the Central Europe West perimeter.
If you are solution-oriented, comfortable managing CAPEX projects and motivated by the challenges of decarbonisation, circularity and industrial optimisation, this opportunity is made for you!
The position notably covers strategic CAPEX projects related to decarbonisation, circularity and operations optimisation.
What awaits you:
- Management of several strategic CAPEX projects, from planning to execution
- Monitoring scope, costs, deadlines, procurement, risks and internal and external stakeholders
- Coordination with operational teams, project sponsors, Steering Groups and Group stakeholders
- Preparation and follow-up of CAPEX approval requests, including RfA processes
- Contribution to continuous improvement, feedback and optimisation of technical and financial solutions
- Regular travel to our various sites, about 30 to 50%, with a position based in Éclépens
What you bring:
- Bachelor or Master in engineering, ideally civil, mechanical, electrical, process or industrial
- 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial project management
- Experience in managing CAPEX projects, from feasibility to commissioning
- PMP or IPMA certification, an advantage
- Good command of project management tools, financial indicators, SAP Project Systems and collaborative tools
- Ability to unite, influence and align diverse stakeholders
- Strategic mindset, attention to technical detail, resilience and good risk management
- Very good level of French and English; German is an important asset
