Allrounder Cinema including Projection Assistant (m/f/d)

We rely on flexible team members who can work hourly on Sundays from 5:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. and are also willing to take on additional shifts in our 7-day operation.
After the training phase, you will be able to contribute your active support in the cinema according to the deployment plan.

• Ensuring smooth operation in the cinema  
• Friendly and competent guest support and advice 
• Sale of tickets, vouchers, and various kiosk items
• Admission control and allocation of seats in the cinema
• Compliance with service standards and hygiene guidelines
• Cleaning tasks between screenings
• Checking air, image, and sound quality in the cinema hall
• Co-responsibility for the care and operation of the cinema technical projection equipment and building services systems 
• General maintenance and repair work

• Regular shifts during the week, on weekends, and public holidays are no problem for you, and you are willing to step in flexibly if needed
• Experience in the cinema sector (or similar) is an advantage
• You have understanding and interest in technical processes
• You are communicative and communicate fluently in German
• With your cheerful and open manner, you inspire our guests and convince them again and again with your recommendations
• We can count on you and your independent and service-oriented way of working
• You remain calm and act proactively even in hectic situations 
• You enjoy working in a team, share your knowledge proactively, and show active willingness to help 
• Good manners and a neat appearance are a matter of course for you
