Health Specialist EFZ, 50-100% Day Shift
Your Tasks
- Contributing to optimal care and support quality based on the care concept
- Ensuring compliance with care processes as well as legal, professional and internal standards and requirements
- Assuming the role of day responsibility for 16 residents, alongside a qualified nurse in the house
- Taking over coordination and organisation of daily activities
- Performing care and support tasks, as well as medical-technical procedures
- Acting as a key contact person for residents
- Creating and ensuring seamless care documentation
- Collaborating within care teams and interprofessional teams
- Participating in handovers and team meetings
What You Bring
- Training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in geriatric long-term care
- Experience in dementia care and Spitex is an advantage
- Knowledge of RAI-LTCF and/or RAI-HC is an advantage
- Confident handling of electronic care documentation and IT
- Good German language skills, spoken and written, at least German level B2
- High social competence as well as appreciative and clear communication
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Economic thinking and acting
- Enjoyment of teamwork, flair for smooth organisation/coordination and commitment to very good care and support quality
- Resilience and the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations
