The Executive School of Management, Technology and Law (ES HSG) is the contact point for continuing education at HSG. It offers its own broad portfolio of degree programs with various MBAs and Executive MBAs as well as other open and company-specific continuing education courses. The Law & Management business unit forms an important business area of ES-HSG and focuses primarily on formats at the interface of law and business administration.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the executive degree programs Business Law for Managers (WRM-HSG) and Management for the Legal Profession (MLP-HSG) as well as other continuing education modules
- Responsibility including development, conception and alignment of teaching content, selection and instruction of main lecturers and speakers, ensuring quality
- Course moderation and support of lecturers and course participants
- Acquisition of participants in the open program or acquisition of corporate clients for in-house programs
- Networks to recruit suitable speakers
- Support in marketing, development of advertising materials and content generation for social media (e.g., LinkedIn, newsletter) as well as conducting regular information events
- As a member of the Management & Law team, active participation in the further development of the business unit and new continuing education offerings
- Responsibility for results
- Various administrative tasks and organizational support
Your profile
- Dr. iur. and lawyer
- 10 years of professional experience and 5 years of leadership experience in a law firm and/or legal department, as well as additional studies in business administration (MBA, EMBA, MLP-HSG)
- Successful speaker in continuing education programs with corresponding didactic experience and interest in management issues in the legal market environment
- Entrepreneurial and responsible thinking as well as customer-oriented acting
- Highly team-oriented and communicative
- Independent and flexible as well as careful and precise working style
- Very good German and English skills
- Interest in long-term cooperation
