Telephone Customer Advisor Premium Reduction 50 - 100 % (fixed-term)
You enjoy telephone customer advice and want to gain valuable practical experience in an exciting environment? Then you are exactly right with us! For handling the numerous enquiries regarding premium reduction, we are looking immediately until the end of January 2027 for a communicative, service-oriented and flexible personality. Your shifts will take place during our telephone opening hours from 08:30 to 11:30 and from 13:30 to 16:30.
Your tasks
- Together with your team, you ensure competent, friendly and customer-oriented initial advice.
- You answer telephone enquiries about premium reduction and support our customers with their concerns.
Your skills
- You are studying or have recently completed your vocational training and want to gain practical experience.
- You ideally already have basic knowledge in the field of social insurance or have an interest in this subject area.
- You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written, have very good MS Office skills and are IT-savvy.
- You are characterised by a strong service and customer orientation and meet different people with empathy and appreciation.
