The Civil Engineering Office, with its approximately 160 employees, takes care of the urban roads, utilities, green spaces, and playgrounds, in short: various infrastructures that shape the daily life of the population. The landscape gardeners at Industriestrasse 2 in Thun are part of the Civil Engineering Office in the Operations and Maintenance department of the city of Thun.

Your tasks:
- Maintenance of urban green spaces: flower meadows and lawns, flower beds and seasonal plantings, as well as care of trees, shrubs, and hedges
- Designing and planting new planting areas
- Executing gardening projects
- Implementing measures to promote biodiversity
You bring:
- Good education in mathematics, languages, and natural sciences
- Interest in nature and plants
- Good imagination and enjoyment of working with machines
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Manual skills and physical fitness
