You bring the following:
Completed vocational training as an ICT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification; further education HF/FH is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in the operation and implementation of Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune as well as Entra ID
Experience in building, operating and optimising hybrid and cloud infrastructures
Know-how in IT security, Identity & Access Management as well as networks
Microsoft certifications are a plus
Analytical and solution-oriented thinking, initiative and high service orientation
Correct appearance, reliability and communication skills
Driving licence category B
Your tasks:
Planning, realisation and operation of Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructures for our customers
Advising and supporting customers in digitalisation and cloud transformation
Migrations of on-premises systems to the Microsoft cloud
Ensuring system availability, performance and security
Automation and optimisation of processes with PowerShell and cloud tools
Participation in architecture and security concepts
2nd and 3rd level support in the cloud and infrastructure area
Documentation of systems and projects as well as knowledge transfer within the team
Mentoring and support of apprentices or junior engineers
