You bring the following:
3 Completed vocational training as an ICT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification; further education HF/FH is an advantage
3 Several years of professional experience in the operation and implementation of Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions
3 Sound knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune as well as Entra ID
3 Experience in building, operating and optimising hybrid and cloud infrastructures
3 Know-how in IT security, Identity & Access Management as well as networks
3 Microsoft certifications are a plus
3 Analytical and solution-oriented thinking, initiative and high service orientation
3 Correct appearance, reliability and communication skills
3 Driving licence category B
Your tasks:
3 Planning, realisation and operation of Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructures for our customers
3 Advising and supporting customers in digitalisation and cloud transformation
3 Migrations of on-premises systems to the Microsoft cloud
3 Ensuring system availability, performance and security
3 Automation and optimisation of processes with PowerShell and cloud tools
3 Participation in architecture and security concepts
3 2nd and 3rd level support in the cloud and infrastructure area
3 Documentation of systems and projects as well as knowledge transfer within the team
3 Mentoring and support of apprentices or junior engineers
