We enchant the world with chocolate! Lindt & Sprüngli (Switzerland) AG is a subsidiary of the global Lindt & Sprüngli Group with headquarters and production site in Kilchberg on Lake Zurich. In Altendorf, we operate our own logistics centre, while the Lindt Cocoa Center in Olten produces cocoa mass for our own use as well as for other European production sites. Throughout Switzerland, we proudly operate 15 Lindt Shops, including iconic locations such as Jungfraujoch and the Swiss Museum of Transport in Lucerne. What you will do with us:
- Team and shop management in the absence of the Shop Manager
- Support in recruitment and in creating shift schedules
- First-class sales advice for our local and international customers
- Merchandising of sales shelves (including freshness checks)
- Operating the cash register
- Assisting with stock management
- Supporting the Shop Manager in leading the team
- Co-responsibility for the entire shop operation
When you fit with us:
- Training as a retail specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
- At least 2-3 years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable role
- Convincing sales personality with a strong customer orientation
- Flexible with time and willing to work weekends
- Team-oriented, committed and open personality
- Passion for our premium chocolate and attention to detail
- Fluent German and good English skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Well-groomed appearance as well as a friendly and proactive manner
