Your Tasks

• You accompany key persons of the company at events, conferences, customer meetings and meetings and develop exciting, authentic social media content in image, video and text.
• You independently develop social media stories, put people in the foreground and create a positive dynamic that draws attention to VON POLL IMMOBILIEN from customers and new brokers.
• You produce content in text, image and video and take over the post-production (editing, sound, effects).
• You master the use of modern technology such as DJI Osmo Pocket, drones, CapCut, video and sound editing software as well as AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Perplexity, MidJourney) and can create content independently and without external help.
• You create regular reportings to measure success and optimize content.
• You bring fresh wind into our social media feeds – from posts to stories to interactive formats.

Your Profile

• You have a successfully completed (technical) university degree in marketing / communication or a comparable qualification.
• You bring at least 4–5 years of experience in social media content, video and photo production and editing.
• You are a corporate influencer type: flexible, willing to travel, creative and able to independently develop content and professionally accompany key persons.
• You have a good sense for storytelling, digital trends and target group needs as well as for creating short, concise social media texts.
• You have a high affinity for modern marketing tools in the digital area (e.g. Hootsuite, Canva, CapCut, Runway, InDesign, Photoshop or similar).
• You are communicative, proactive and passionate about bringing in your own ideas and implementing them in a highly motivated team.
• Very good German skills and good English skills complete your profile.
