To support our team in the Competence Center Application, which is subordinated to the Business Unit IT, Projects & Processes, we are looking for you at the Oberwinterthur location immediately or by arrangement as:
You can look forward to these tasks
- Analysis, optimization, and further development of logistical processes in the following core applications: Warehouse Management System & SAP S/4HANA
- Conceptualization and prioritization of requirements and change requests
- Ensuring technical implementations and their smooth integration into productive operation
- Analysis of existing business processes and their optimization
- 2nd level support (including error analysis and resolution with documentation)
- Interface management between S/4HANA, Warehouse Management System, and other applications (including error analysis and coordination with external partners)
- Support of other logistics-related applications
- Link between the Competence Center Application and the business unit logistics specialist, the Bison group IT, as well as the WMS software supplier ProLogistik
- Close exchange with other specialist departments
- Coordination/management of IT service partners
- Participation in (partial) projects, including new implementation of warehouse automation
We look forward to this profile
- Completed basic training and further education as a business informatics specialist FH/HF, logistics or process specialist with a federal certificate
- Comprehensive understanding of logistical business processes
- Affinity for application management
- Several years of experience in the advanced use of a warehouse management system
- Experience in SAP (ECC/S4) as well as with warehouse logistics automations is an advantage
- Analytical and conceptual thinking
- Enjoy working with different stakeholders from the specialist area, IT, and external partners
