As Project Manager Strategic Projects, you work closely with the COO of the Service Division and support him with strategic as well as operational issues. You analyse challenges, develop well-thought-out solutions and manage their implementation, with measurable impact for the organisation.

• Independent management and implementation of strategic, conceptual and operational projects
• Close support of the Chief Operations Officer Division Service in day-to-day business
• Accompaniment, analysis and optimisation of Stadler Service locations
• Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams as well as external stakeholders
• Preparation of decision-relevant analyses and decision bases for the divisional management including presentation of results
• Active initiation of own projects and ideas for organisational and operational development

• Completed studies in economics, business administration, industrial engineering or comparable
• Distinct, networked and solution-oriented thinking as well as quick comprehension
• Very good communication skills, persuasiveness and confident appearance at all levels
• Doer mentality: high drive, perseverance and the ability to bring others along
• Technical and/or commercial understanding or motivation to further develop this
• Very good German and English skills
• Willingness to travel up to 40 %
