Your tasks
- Greeting and attending to customers and guests at the reception
- Receiving and forwarding phone calls
- Providing information and passing on relevant details
- Registering and logging visitors
- Coordinating and announcing visitor appointments
- Managing mail and deliveries
- Ensuring order and organization in the reception area
- Supporting administrative tasks
Your profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally banking apprenticeship
- Willingness to work 60%, specifically Wednesday to Friday
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong service orientation
- Structured and reliable working style
- Good organizational skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Very good German and good English skills (Level B1/B2)

Your first six months with us
The onboarding is structured and practical.
