To strengthen our HR team, we are looking from 01.07.2026, for an indefinite period, at the Basel Headquarters site, for a *motivated* and *committed* person as a Sales Trainer (m/f/d), 60-80%.

Your responsibilities
- You develop and implement training programs.
- You organize simulations and role-playing games.
- You are responsible for individual coaching and performance monitoring using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- You organize training on products/services/loyalty programs.
- You are responsible for the administrative management of training via the learning platform.

Your profile
- You hold a diploma in retail or an equivalent qualification and a certification as a professional trainer (min. SVEB3).
- You have at least 5 years of experience in retail and 3 to 5 years in management and training roles.
- You have excellent knowledge of sales techniques.
- You have solid experience in training design and coaching.
- You have excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- You are fluent in French and master another national language.
