What you can achieve
- Monthly payroll processing
- Recording and updating master and payroll data in SAP including technical payroll run
- Assisting with the processing of sickness, accident, EO daily allowances and family allowances
- Collaboration on withholding tax
- Cooperation with internal and external interface functions
- Creating reports and reconciliations with the financial accounting department
What you bring with you
- Commercial basic training as well as further training as a social insurance specialist, possibly also as a human resources specialist
- Several years of experience in payroll and social insurance
- Very good SAP HCM knowledge
- Proficient in the use of common MS Office programmes, especially Excel
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, French language skills are an advantage
