Night Watch

During the day you are busy — children, family, another job, studies. But at night you could. Imagine: you sleep in a cosy room, a ringtone wakes you once or twice. You help briefly. You go back to sleep. At seven in the morning you are home again — and have earned money while others were asleep.

• ♥️ On average 1–3 assignments per night; a bed or sofa bed is available to you. You sleep until you are needed.
• 🤝 Assistance with toilet visits, repositioning in bed, brief calming — simple physical support.
• ❗ In an emergency: we are reachable — the Spitex 24 on-call service is available by phone.
• 🕧 Assignments from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am

• 🔍 Calmness and reliability at night — you will be woken at 2 am. You get up, help calmly and clearly, then go back to sleep. No drama.
• 🔍 German skills B1+ — you understand when the client needs something. Simple communication is sufficient.
• 🔍 Enjoyment in working with elderly people — even in the middle of the night, even if it is demanding.
• 🔍 No nursing qualification required — toilet visits and repositioning are not specialist tasks. Those who have it are welcome. Those who don’t, too.
• 🔍 No driving licence required — unlike our daytime positions, no company car is involved. You get to the assignment by public transport or your own vehicle.

• ⌛ Workload of your choice. 1 night/week up to full-time — we adapt to your life situation.
• 👨 👩 👧 👦 Maximum compatibility. Family, studies or work during the day — meaningful activity and earning money at night. The night was previously unused. Not anymore.
• 🤝 Real difference for a person. Mrs M. can stay at home instead of going to a care home because someone is there at night. That is you. That is more than most jobs achieve.
• ⌛ Since 2003 in Zurich — recognised by health insurance, stable, growing. Part of the Knecht Group. You are not with a start-up that will be gone tomorrow.
