Your area of responsibility
- Handling telephone and written customer inquiries in German and Italian or French
- Providing information and targeted forwarding to the responsible contacts
- Coordinating technical deployments in cooperation with our teams on site
- Following up on open tasks and completing administrative duties
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction

What you bring
- Confident German skills as well as very good Italian or French skills (mandatory)
- High quality standards in dealing with customers
- Excellent communication skills and genuine joy in service
- Confident handling of IT tools and CRM systems
- Willingness for flexible scheduling during increased inquiry volume (seasonal)
- Advantageous: Completed basic training, experience in customer service or contact center, and experience with Microsoft 365
