• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF or equivalent recognition
• Joy in caring for elderly, multimorbid & geriatric people
• Interest in complex nursing issues
• Confidence in medical-technical procedures
• Gerontopsychiatric skills or the motivation to further develop them
• Sense of responsibility & independent working style
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
